GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD

Nestled at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Georgia is a country rich in ancient traditions, bold flavors, and warm-hearted hospitality. With over 8,000 years of winemaking, it’s no surprise that the supra—a traditional feast led by a toastmaster or tamada—is the beating heart of social life.
Georgia’s script and language are uniquely its own, just like its spirit. Whether you’re wandering through the cobbled streets of Tbilisi, sipping amber wine in Kakheti, or being embraced by a toast at a family table, Georgia is a place where every stranger is treated like a guest, and every guest like family.

Drawing from the depth of Georgia’s rich gastronomic heritage, our cuisine offers a refined interpretation of time-honored flavors and centuries-old recipes passed down with love.  At MEAMA each plate is an invitation to experience a culture where food is more than a meal—it’s a celebration.
Whether you’re a longtime lover of Georgian cuisine or tasting it for the first time, we welcome you with open arms, warm bread, and a glass of wine raised high.

Our Story

Three Women, one dream — and a table set for everyone. It all began over a long table, covered in bread, wine, laughter, and a dozen versions of “you have to try this.” Three women, different paths, shared roots… Together, they dreamed of something more than a restaurant. They imagined a space that would honor the soul of Georgian cuisine, but with a modern, elevated twist — where ancient recipes met contemporary technique, and every detail, from the plating to the playlist, felt like home reborn. They searched, they tasted, they argued, they toasted. They built a menu that honored their grandmothers’ hands and their own restless individuality. A space where khinkali meets creativity, where khachapuri is both comfort and art, and amber wines flow like memory. What came to life was more than a restaurant. It was a love letter — to Georgia, to womanhood, to friendship, to food that speaks many languages but always comes from the heart.
